The Sabine Index - Abb Dean

  5 Apr 1957 - Funeral services for Abb Dean, 69, who died at
Fraser sanitarium, Friday, March 29, was conducted at 2:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 31 at Many Pentecostal church with Rev. Lonnie
Johnson and Rev. Walter Fox officiating. Interment was in Zwolle
cemetery under the direction of Warren Funeral home.

  Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Villa Allen Dean, Many; his
mother, Mrs. Annie Dean, Winfield; three sons, M-Sgt Bill Dean,
Phoenix, Ariz., Julius R. Dean, Billings, Mont., Thomas A. Dean,
Ferriday; four daughters, Mrs. Edna Curts and Mrs. Mary Belle
Davs, Many; Mrs. Edward Bundrick, Winnifield; Mrs. Arch McCallum,
Shreveport; 15 grandchildren, and one great grandchild, three
brothers, Charlie Dean, Ozie Dean, Calvin Dean, Jack Dean, Baton
Rouge; five sisters, Mrs. L. B. Satranghan, Pineville; Mrs.
George Cunningham, Mrs. Festus Brewton, Goldonna; Mrs. Vester
Barnes, Dangerfield, Tex., Mrs. Ebb Machen, Winnfield.

  Pallbearers were Frank Self, Frank Eason, R. G. Rison, Luther
Yellott, M. C. Carnline, J. C. Carnline.
