John W. Dean, Sr.

  Funeral services for Mr. John W. Dean, Sr., 72, were held at
7:30 p.m., Saturday, July 20, in the Warren Meadows Chapel.
Father Danny Walsh and James Quay officiated.

  Mr. Dean died Thursday, July 18, at Schumpert Medical Center in
Shreveport.

  He is survived by his wife, Emma Dean of Many; one son, John
Dean Jr. and his wife Susan of Zwolle; one daughter, Donna Jo
Dean of Many; three children, John W. Dean III, Kerry Dean, and
Amy Davis.

  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to La.
Lions Eye Foundation, 2020 Gravier St., Suite B, New Orleans, La.
