Mrs. Mary Downs

  Mary Lou Downs, 82, of Mansfield, died Monday, March 3, in
Converse, after a long illness.

  Funeral services were at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, in the Beulah
Methodist Church. Burial was in the Beulah Cemetery, under
direction of Rockett Nettles Funeral Home.

  Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Madison of
Shreveport; one son, Jesse M. Downs of Marthaville; one sister,
Mrs. Nancy Graves of Many; 11 grandchildren, and six great
grandchildren.
