The Sabine Index - Robert Lee Downs

  29 Jun 1951 - Funeral rites for Robert Lee Downs, 81, who
passed away at Allen sanitarium, Sunday after several weeks'
illness were conducted 4 p.m. Monday at Aimwell Baptist church by
Rev. Earl D. Mercer of Zwolle. Interment followed under direction
Warren funeral home.

  Surviving relatives include: the widow, Mrs. Artie Downs, of
Zwolle; sons, L. C. Downs of Galveston, Texas, A. G. and Lonnie
Downs, both of Zwolle; daughters, Mrs. Emma McDonald, Mrs. Gladys
Castee, both of Zwolle, Mrs. Albie Henderson, Galveston, Texas,
and 21 grandchildren.
