Rev. Kenneth D. Stanfield officiated. Burial was in the Ebenezer Cemetery near Castor. Arrangements were under the Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Minden. She died Wednesday, March 31, 1982, at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport, after a short illness. Mrs. Daniel, a native and lifelong resident of Castor, was a housewife, and member of the Castor Assembly of God Church. She is survived by her husband, Dyrel Leon Daniel of Castor; one son, Ronnie Daniel of Ruston; three daughters, Mary Myers of Castor, Sue Adams, and Ann McGee of Shreveport; eight sisters, Manie Warren, Moe Carter, Grace Warren, Ruth Byrd, Ruby Jacobs, and Mary Hill of Castor, Bonnie Daniels of Heflin, and Mereline Young of Odessa, Tex.; five brothers, William Smith, Noah Smith, and Lewis Smith of Many, Joe Smith, and Duane Smith of Castor; 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were her grandsons.
