Officiating was the Rev. Randy Harper. Interment followed at Hill Crest Memorial Park. Mrs. Denham died May 24, 1992, at Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport, after a lengthy illness. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bossier City, and a Bossier City resident for 28 years. Mrs. Denham is survived by her husband of 36 years, Harold T. Denham; two sons, Mark T. Denham and his wife Beverly of Shreveport, and Bryan P. Denham and his wife Sharon of Wichita, Kansas; three sisters, Bobbie Ratcliff of Shreveport, Margaret Anderson of Shreveport, and Bea Harper of Houston, Texas; three brothers, Jack Byrd of Ajax, John D. Byrd of Shreveport, and Wayne Byrd of Euless, Texas; two grandsons, Matthew T. Denham, and Andrew S. Denham of Shreveport; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were members of the Bossier City Optimists Club.
