Funeral services were held in the Warren Meadows Funeral Chapel, Nov. 3, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. L. W. Taylor officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Surviving relatives include two sons, Ottis and Clyde Derr of Many; four daughters, Mrs. Willie Haagland of Many, Mrs. Hazel Kendrix of Harrisburg, Mrs. Ada Bell Hughes of Beloit, Wisc., and Mrs. Ora Lee Hubble of Mt. Pleasant, Mich.; one sister, Mrs. J. S. Leggett of Mansfield, and two half sisters, Mrs. Flossie Lewis, and Mrs. Tessie Driggers of Shreveport; 15 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren Pallbearers were Vernie Eason, Cleveland Lewing, Donna Paul Lewing, Lyman Crittenden, John Crittenden and James Stabler.
