Durr Lillian B. Durr, 69, of Pleasant Hill, died in the DeSoto General Hospital in Mansfield on Monday, August 30, at 5:25 a.m. A member of the Union Grove Baptist Church, Mrs. Durr also was affiliated with the Marthaville Order of Eastern Star. Survivors include her husband, J. Y. Durr of Pleasant Hill; two sons, Truman M. Durr, and Artis L., Durr, both of Pleasant Hill; two daughters, Mrs. Charles E. Collins of Shreveport, and Mrs. Dale Kreiger of Englewood, Colorado; six brothers, J. M. Blue, Richard D. Blue, and Curnal E. Blue, all of Shreveport, Isaac Blue of Longstreet, Leslie Blue of Lake Charles, and Glen Blue of Ferriday; two sisters, Mrs. Rosie Harper of Shreveport, and Mrs. J. B. Nolley of Natchitoches; and 13 grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 31, at 3 p.m., in the Beulah Methodist Church. Burial was in the Beulah Cemetery, under the direction of Rockett Funeral Home in Coushatta.
