Ruth P. Durr

  Ruth P. Durr, 65, of Natchitoches, died Wednesday afternoon,
March 19, in Schumpert Medical Center, in Shreveport, after a
long illness.

  Services were at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 22, in Calvary Baptist
Church near Marthaville, with the Rev. Truman Leach, and the Rev.
Earl Marr officiating. Burial was in Beulah Cemetery.

  Survivors include her husband, George Durr of Natchitoches, four
daughters, Mrs. L. Yeaman of Indonesia, Linda McEntyre of Corpus
Christi, Texas, Ann Sanderson of Natchitoches, and Rose Marr of
Lafayette; three sisters, Ila King of Choudrant, Mrs. J. P. King
of Belmont, and Mrs. Martin Crow of Robeline; three brothers, W.
J. Prothro of Natchitoches, the Rev. O. H. Prothro of Shreveport,
and A. A. Prothro of Allen, and five grandchildren.
