Funeral services were held Friday, March 5, at 10 a.m., in the Beulah Methodist Church, with Bro. J. P. King officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Sherry Barnard Durr, Robeline; two sons, James Ernest Durr, and William Bradley Durr, both of Robeline; one daughter, Jolene Danyale Durr; his mother, Mrs. Lillie Mae Durr; three brothers, Charles Everett Durr; Jerry Dean Durr, all of Robeline, and Bobby Ray Durr, Natchitoches; six sisters, Mrs. Carrie Mae Byrd, Ajax, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Masters, Natchitoches, Gloria Jean Durr, Mrs. Lura Sue Irvin, Mrs. Tammy Jo Trichel, and Mrs. Connie Louise Berry, all of Robeline. He was an electrocution victim.
