Interment followed in the Beulah Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Brother Bobby Durr, and Brother James Moore officiated the services. Mrs. Durr passed away at the North Sabine Nursing Home in Pleasant Hill, Nov. 17. She is survived by two sons, Boge Durr of Corrigan, Texas, and Leroy Durr of Pleasant Hill; two step sons, P. A. Durr of Winnie, Texas, and L. C. Durr of Beaumont, Texas; seven daughters, Marie Durr Williams of Leesville, Ivy Ford of Houston, Texas, Louise Taylor of Texas City, Texas, Ann Lee Touchton of Porter, Texas, Gloria Faye Bryant of Austin, Texas, Christine Tolar of Doucette, Texas, and Callie B. Williams of Ajax; one step daughter, Willie May Davidson of Lubbock, Texas; two sisters, Etta Capps of Georgetown, and Lennie Henry of Alexandria; one brother, Watson Speakes of Winnfield; 20 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
