Interment followed at Ajax Cemetery, under the direction of Rose-Neath's Mansfield Chapel. Mrs. Durr died Thursday, November 7, at Huckaby Hospital in Coushatta. She was born in Natchitoches Parish, October 5, 1924. Mrs. Durr was a member of Ajax Methodist Church of Ajax. Survivors include her husband, Walter Durr; one son, T. C. Durr of Mansfield; one daughter, Nell Parker of Marthaville; four sisters, Leila Durr, and Janelle Berley, both of Marthaville, Retha Lauw of Robeline, and Alma Jean Gillespie of Hornbeck; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Steve Jordan, Mike Durr, Sonny Bridges, Russell Durr, Dale Williams, Sam Steadman, and John Patrick. Honorary pallbearers were Johnny Birdwell, Bruce White, and N. B. Durr.
