Oscar Driggers 
  
  Oscar Driggers, 79, of Portland, Wash., died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 
after a long illness. 
  
  Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 16, in Longview, Wash. 
  
  Mr. Driggers was born and reared in Sabine Parish. He had lived 
in Washington State for 47 years. 
  
  Survivors are his wife and three daughters, all of Centralle, 
Wash., one son of Portland, 15 grandchildren, three great 
grandchildren, one brother, Jake Driggers of Many, many nieces 
and nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
