Berry 6 Dec 1946 - William C. Berry, age 88, expired at the home of his daughter, Mrs. E. C. Leone, Sr. at Zwolle. Funeral services were conducted 4 p.m. Nov. 26 at Beulah Baptist church at Ajax by Rev. T. J. Holliday, under direction Massingill funeral home. Mr. Berry is survived by : daughters, Mrs. E. C. Leone, Sr., Zwolle, Mrs. E. H. Kenzie, Hearne, Texas; sons, P. G. Berry, Cisco, Texas, L. L. Funeral services were held Dec. 12 from Kisatchie Baptist church. Rev. Myers of Coldwater and Rev. Monroe Roberts of Provencal conducted the services, assisted by Rev. J. C. Clements of Many. Services were conducted at the grave by Hixon funeral home of Leesville. Pallbearers were C. B. Funderburk, Clarence Key, Orville Key, Hollis Booty, Cecil Hays and Oscar Masters. She is survived by her husband; two sons, Thermon Funderburk of Barksdale and J. B. Funderburk of Alexandria; one daughter, Mrs. Euna Mae Carter of Natchitoches; three grandchildren. J. T. Carter, Bobby and Travis Funderburk of Alexandria; two sisters, Mrs. Nola Funderburk and Mrs. Zula Booty of Kisatchie; five brothers, Eddie Key of Alco, Caleb Key of Hornbeck, Miles Key of Alexandria, Adam and William Key of Many. ___________________________________________________________________________ Obituaries: James M. The funeral was directed by Massingill funeral home. Mrs. King passed away at the home near Zwolle being 66 years of age. Survivors are: daughter, Mrs. J. B. Anderson, Zwolle; sisters, Mrs. E. E. Prudhomme, Chicago, Ill., Mrs. T. J. Dempsey, Portland, Ore,; brothers, Dave Bickham, New Orleans, and M. S. Allie J. Ellender, pastor, assisted by Rev. H. E. Chance of Hornbeck. Interment was under direction of Massingill funeral home. Mr. Potter passed away at the home of his son near Florien. Surviving are: sons, Samuel F. Potter, Many, John W. and Wiliam Potter, both of Florien, eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
