Noah O. Evans

  Services for Noah O. Evans, 91, were held at 10 a.m., Monday,
July 10, 1989, at the Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home Chapel.
Rev. Rodney Duron officiated. Burial was in Old Saline Cemetery
in Saline, La.

  Mr. Evans died Saturday, July 8, 1989, at 5:15 p.m., at the
Natchitoches Parish Hospital. He was a native of Campti, a former
resident of Jonesboro, and was a retired businessman.

  He is survived by his wife, Dorothy W. Evans of Shreveport; two
sons, Max Evans of Natchitoches, and Roger Tyrone Evans of Fort
Walton Beach, Fla.; one daughter, Joan Kelley of Pineville; one
brother, Sidney B. Evans Sr. of Converse; 12 grandchildren; and
two great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Steven Craig Evans, Ashley Evans, Sidney B.
Evans Jr., Sidney B. Evans III, Francis G. Kelley Jr., and
Charles B. Adams.
