The Sabine Index - September 7, 1988

  Hayden J. Evans

  Mr. Hayden J. Evans, 76, died at Sabine Medical Center in Many,
La. on Sept. 5, 1988.

  Services were held at Warren Meadows Chapel on Wednesday, Sept.
7 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Harvey Hoffman officiating. Burial was at
Clearwater Cemetery under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home.

  Survivors include three sons, Ben Evans, Carlton Evans and Lynn
Evans, all of Hornbeck, two daughters, Mary Ann Moats of Hornbeck
and Shirley Shackelford of Garland, Tx., nine grandchildren,
three nephews, one niece and a host of friends.
