Maude Germany Evans

  Funeral services for Maude Germany Evans were held at 2 p.m., on
Tuesday, May 17, 1994, at Utility Baptist Church in Jonesville,
La. The Rev. Tommy Estis officiated. Interment followed at Jena
Cemetery in Jena, La.

  Mrs. Evans was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. She was the
office coordinator for the Registrars Office at Northwestern
State University.

  Mrs. Evans died on May 14, 1994, at Rapides Regional Hospital in
Alexandria. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Carl Evans of
Florien; her mother, Mary Germany of Jonesville; four brothers,
Michael, and Frankie Germany of Jonesville, Thomas Germany of New
Orleans, and Benny Germany of Pineville; four sisters, Jesica
Keber of Los Angeles, Calif., Bonnie Barbosa of Frankfurt,
Germany, Suzzane Saucier of Dallas, Tex., and Mary Black of Del
Rio, Tex. She is also survived by a host of treasured nieces,
nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her father,
Clinton B. Germany.
