William Evans

  William Evans, 67, of Mansfield, died Monday, Nov. 14, following
a brief illness.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday at 3 p.m. in the Union
Baptist Church, with the Rev. Alfred Mitchell, and the Rev. John
B. Wilson officiating. Burial was in Union Cemetery.

  Survivors are his widow; three sisters, Mrs. Ray Shelley of
Many, Mrs. Ada Kelly, and Mrs. Bessie Barron, both of Mansfield;
three brothers, Mac Evans of Mansfield, Alonzo Evans, and Jim
Evans, both of Benson.
