Mr. Pete Loran Ebarb

  Mr. Loran Ebarb, 91, of Ebarb died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2000 at
Sabine Medical Center.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 29 at St.
Ann's Catholic Church with interment following at St. Ann's
Cemetery. Father Kenneth Williams officiated.

  Mr. Ebarb was a retired principal of Ebarb High School. He
was born in the Ebarb and lived there all of his life. He was
a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus member, a graduate of
Northwestern State University and LSU. He received his M.Ed at
the University of Arkansas in 1956.

  Survivors include one daughter, Judith Ebarb-Myers of Las
Vegas, Nov.; one son, Loran Klotz Ebarb and wife, Linda A.
Ebarb of New Orleans; and one granddaughter, Marilyn Dianna
Ebarb.
