Ira Ebarb

  Ira Ebarb, 71, of Noble, died in Many, Nov. 23, at 5:55 a.m.,
after a short illness.

  Funeral services were held in the Plainview Baptist Church
Thursday, Nov. 25, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Paul Ferrant
officiating. Interment was in the Darnell Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include his widow, Evelyn Ebarb of Noble; four sons,
Earl, Ira Jr., and Silas, all of Noble, and Joe Ebarb of Johnson
City, Tenn.; three daughters, Jeanine Spiegel of Wichita, Kansas,
Aldie Mae Jerles of Houston, Tex., and Catherine Smith of
Nederland, Tex.; one brother, Perkins Ebarb of Houston; four
sisters, Pearl Sepulvado, Zwolle, Ruby Richardson, Myrtie Perry,
and Janie Harvey, all of Houston; 25 grandchildren, and 9 great
grandchildren.
