Klotz Ebarb Mrs. Lucille Marilyn Klotz Ebarb, 72, of Ebarb, died Friday, Aug. 3, 1984, at her residence, after a short illness. Mrs. Ebarb, a retired school teacher, taught at Ebarb High School for 36 years, and one year at Provencal, La. She was a charter member of Delta Kappa Gamma in Sabine Parish, and a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. She graduated from Northwestern State University with a Bachelor's degree, and the University of Alabama with her Master's Degree. Mrs. Ebarb served on the Board of Directors for the Tamale Fiesta, and was the pillar of her community. Funeral services were held at St. Ann's Catholic church in Ebarb, Monday, Aug. 6, with Father Gillis Boyer officiating. Interment was in the St. Ann's Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. She is survived by her husband, Loran Ebarb of Ebarb; one son, Loran Klotz Ebarb of Ebarb; a daughter, Mrs. Judith Ann Ebarb Myers of Merced, Calif.; two brothers, Richard Klotz of Iowa, and Thomas Klotz of Florida. A Rosary was said Sunday, Aug. 5, at 7 p.m., at the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
