Ebarb (Photo) Funeral services for Mr. Hosea J. Ebarb, 66, of Many, were held Saturday, Jan. 13, 1996, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Many. Burial followed in the St. John Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mr. Ebarb was born in Noble on May 13, 1929. He was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, and a lifelong resident of Sabine Parish. He was a retired employee of the Department of Transportation and Development, with 30 years of service. He was also a veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Bobbie Ebarb; one sister, Sally Ebarb of Amite; one daughter, Nelda Pilkington of Many (husband Roger); one son, Ricky Ebarb of Many (wife Debbie); three grandchildren, Tammy Leach of Many (husband Scott), Bridget Pilkington of Many, and Ryan Pilkington, also of Many; one great grandchild, Justin Leach; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Joe Rivers, Tim Martinez, Keith Broussard, Wayne Adams, Jake Sepulvado, and Ernest Rodriguez. Honorary pallbearers were Bro. H. H. Tibbits, and Bill Ritter.
