John J. Ebarb

  John J. Ebarb, 71, of Bernice, died Dec. 14, at 4:25 a.m., after
an extended illness. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. J. J.
Ebarb; sons, Henry, and Johnny Ebarb of Brookhaven, Miss., and J.
D. Ebarb of Shreveport; one daughter, Mrs. Cecile Stewart of
Bernice; a brother, Henry L. Ebarb of Las Vegas, Nev.; a sister,
Mrs. Estelle Mistric of Noble; and 10 grandchildren.

  Services were held Dec. 15, at 3 p.m., at St. Ann Catholic
Church, with Father William Pierce officiating. Interment was at
St. Ann Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home.
