Ebarb, 61, 2916 Hillcrest, Shreveport, died at 1:15 p.m., Monday, Nov. 14, in his residence, following a long illness. An employee of the Caddo Parish School Board for 10 years, he was born in Zwolle. He lived in Many most of his life, but worked at the Louisiana Ordinance Plant near Minden during World War II. He worked for the city of Shreveport prior to his employment by the school board. He was a member of the Barron Road Baptist Church. He is survived by his widow; one son, H. J. Ebarb of Shreveport; one daughter, Mrs. J. D. Seegers of Keithville; three brothers, W. W. Ebarb, and George Ebarb of Shreveport, and Simon Ebarb of Zwolle; five sisters, Mrs. Helen Paddie of Shreveport, Mrs. Mary Nigerville of Pineville, Mrs. Josephine Malmay, Mrs. Evelina Ezernack, Mrs. Dorothy Bison, all of Zwolle; and eight grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the First National Funeral Home of Shreveport.
