Burial was at Bethany Cemetery. Bro. Adrian Potter officiated the services. Local arrangements were made by Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mrs. Ebert died Monday, Oct. 18, at 1 a.m., at the Natchitoches Manor Nursing Home, at the age of 99. She was a resident of Marthaville. Her surviving relatives include her husband, William M. Ebert, Natchitoches; two daughters, Viola Robinson, Bossier City, Lula Mae Murray, Spearsville; two sons, Dewitt Jackson, Pleasant Hill, J. B. Jackson, Natchitoches; ten grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers were Harvey Birdwell, Hoyt Birdwell, Vernon Birdwell, Raymond Birdwell, Leo Free, and George Glover.
