Sybil L. Escoe

  Funeral services for Mrs. Sybil Litton Escoe, 71, of Ruston,
were held at 3 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 14, at the Kilpatrick Funeral
Chapel in Ruston. Dr. Leon Hyatt officiated at the services.
Assisting was Dr. Connie Ward.

  Burial was in the Greenwood Cemetery in Ruston, under the
direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Chapel of Ruston.

  Mrs. Escoe died early Saturday morning, Sept. 13, at her home,
following a sudden illness.

  Survivors include her husband, Lytt M. Escoe of Ruston; one
daughter, Mrs. Bruce (Lyn) Richardson of Ruston; two sisters,
Mrs. Alta Paul of Lake Charles, and Mrs. Jean Holmes of Premont,
Tex.; her mother, Mrs. R. F. Litton of Many; two grandchildren,
Laura Claire Richardson, and Mary Alicia Richardson, both of
Ruston; and several nieces and nephews.
