  Susie Margie Ann Estes - June 2, 1988

  Mrs. Susie Margie Ann Estes, 93, died at Sabine Medical Center,
Many, La. on May 24, 1988.

  Services were held at Ft. Jesup Baptist Church on May 26 at 2
p.m. with Rev. Arthur Haymon officiating. Burial was at Ft. Jesup
Cemetery under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include one son, Charles B. Estes of Hackleburg,
Alabama; one daughter, Fannie Joe Brown of Many; one brother,
William H. Gill of DeRidder, La.; two sisters, Ruth Cornes of
Port Arthur, Tx. and Gertie Mae Bannister of Kent, Washington;
six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a host of nieces
and nephews.

  She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Estes.

  Pallbearers included Charlie Brown, Jimmy Gates, Tim Lyddy, John
H. Brown, Willie Bell and Otho Savell.
