Officiating the services was Rev. Mark Sutton, pastor of Brookwood Baptist Church. A second service was held at 2 p.m., Saturday, at Midway Baptist Church in Noble, with Rev. William Campbell, pastor of Midway Baptist Church, officiating, with the assistance of Rev. Mark Sutton. Interment followed at Shiloh Cemetery, Noble, La. Mrs. Estes died Wednesday, June 1, 1994, of an accidental death. She was born in Noble, La., and had resided in Shreveport for 36 years. Mrs. Estes was a homemaker, a member of Brookwood Baptist Church, the Good News Sunday School Class, and WMU. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Thomas Webb; a brother, John Henry Webb; two sisters, Edna Hubbard, and Evie Mae Craig. Survivors include her husband, John T. Estes of Shreveport; two brothers, Thomas Webb of Warren, Texas, and Joe Webb of Shreveport; cousin Clara Pugh. Pallbearers were Joe Leggett, Teer Todd, Aubrey Todd, Les Coburn, Jackie Webb, and Larry Webb. Honorary pallbearers were Roger Webb, Roy Webb, and Larry Vines. The family had suggested memorials may have been made to the charity of the donors choice.
