Jack Eason

  Jack Eason, 57, of Marthaville, died Thursday, Nov. 29, in Ft.
Polk Hospital, after a long illness.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 1, in
Marthaville First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Sam Gidden, and
the Rev. Preston Tibbett officiating. Burial with full military
rites followed in Marthaville Cemetery.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Edna Eason of Marthaville;
three brothers, Clifton Eason, and Luther Eason, both of
Marthaville, and Wilfred Eason of Slidell; and two sisters,
Georgia Rawls, and Mary Rains, both of Marthaville.
