Irene Eason

  Mrs. Irene Eason, 65, of Florien, died in the LSU Medical Center
in Shreveport at 7 a.m., Friday, Aug. 22.

  Survivors include her husband, Cecil Eason of Florien; three
daughters, Mrs. Sue Isgitt of Many, Mrs. Doris Cook of Florien,
and Mrs. Georgie Porisch of Houston, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs.
Corine Leach of Many, and Mrs. Hazel McComic of Zwolle; 11
grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held in the Warren Meadows Funeral Chapel,
at 4 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 23, with the Rev. Donnie Paul Lewing,
and the Rev. Johnny Rhodes officiating. Burial was in the Florien
Cemetery, under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
