John H. Eason

  Funeral services for Mr. John H. Eason were held Monday, Sept.
27, at 11 a.m., at Emmanuel Gospel Pentecost Church. Burial was
at Lewing Cemetery. Rev. Lemon Manasco officiated the services.
The funeral services were under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Mr. Eason died in Florien on Sat., Sept. 25, at 12:30 p.m. He
was 79.

  Surviving relatives are four sons, Johnny Moe Eason, Merced,
Calif., Kelly Eason, Florien, Russel Eason, Florien, Huey Eason,
Natchitoches; two daughters, Dorothy Foster, Florien, Joyce
Trichell, Many; 11 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
