Julian Eason

  Funeral services for Mr. Julian Eason, 68, of Florien, were held
Monday, Oct. 7, in the Warren Meadows Funeral Chapel. The Rev.
Earl Marr, and the Rev. I. D. Noble officiated.

  Mr. Eason died in a local hospital Saturday, Oct. 5, following
an extended illness.

  Surviving relatives include his widow, Mrs. Louise Eason of
Florien; two daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Bartlett of Shreveport, and
Mrs. Faye Smith of Evans, La.; two brothers, M. C., and Eulis
Eason, both of Florien; six sisters, Mrs. Kenneth Nash, and Mrs.
Walter Masters of Shreveport, Mrs. Ella Hildebrand, and Mrs. E.
Z. Manasco of Many, and Mrs. Ona Phares, and Mrs. Rueben Manasco
of Florien; and four grandchildren.

  Interment was in the Florien Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
