Mrs. Maylene Eason

  Mrs. Maylene Eason of Florien died at 6:20 p.m., July 3, at the
age of 55, after an extended illness. She is survived by her
husband, John Eason; sons, Kelly, Russell, and Huey of Florien; a
brother, Roland Puckett of Port Hope, Mich.; and three sisters,
Mrs. Roxie McFertige pf Deweyville, Tex., Mrs. Lurine Malahue of
Baton Rouge, and Mrs. Wilda Huff of California; also eight
grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 5, at Warren Meadows
Chapel, with the Rev. Lemon Manasco officiating. Interment was at
Lewing Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home of Many.
