Phyllis Ann Ezernack

  Graveside funeral services for two-month-old Phyllis Ann
Ezernack of Zwolle. were held at the St. Joseph Cemetery, at
9 a.m., Wednesday morning, Sept. 20, with the Very Rev. Msgr.
Robert C. Friend officiating. Burial was under the direction
of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Phyllis Ann was pronounced dead on arrival at the Fraser
Hospital early Tuesday Morning.

  Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Curtis
Ezernack of Zwolle; three brothers, Lewis Ray, Joe Walter,
and William Eugene Ezernack, all of Zwolle; one sister,
Joyce Marie Ezernack of Zwolle; paternal grandfather, Walter
Ezernack of Zwolle, and the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary
Ann Meshell of Zwolle.
