Douglas Lenn Ezernack

  Mr. Douglas Lenn Ezernack, 25, of Zwolle, died in Many, on Dec.
4, 1987.

  Services were held at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Dec. 7, at
2:30 p.m., with Father Earl Provenza officiating. Burial was at
Old St. Joseph Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Survivors include his wife, Pam Ezernack of Zwolle; mother,
Victoria Ezernack of Zwolle; father, Hobert Ezernack of Zwolle;
11 brothers, Hebert Darryl Ezernack of Shreveport, Hobert Steve
Ezernack of Zwolle, Joseph Ezernack of Livingston, Tex., Jimmy
Ezernack, Paul Ezernack, Patrick Ezernack, Lloyd Joseph Ezernack,
Frances Ezernack, Leroy Ezernack, and Chris Ezernack, all of
Zwolle, Larry Ezernack, and Calvin Thomas Ezernack, both of
Shreveport; four sisters, Juanita Sepulvado, Ann Vines, and Vicky
Horton, all of Zwolle, and Frances McIntire of Livingston, Tex.;
and numerous nieces and nephews.
