L. G. Etheredge

  Services for Sgt. Maj. L. George Etheredge, (U.S. Marine Corps,
retired), of Shreveport, were held at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 7,
in the Rose-Neath Funeral Home Southside Chapel, with the Rev.
Charles Hutzler, pastor of Brookwood Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial was in Centuries Memorial Park.

  A native of Pleasant Hill, St. Maj. Etheredge, 58, died Sunday,
in Veterans Administration Hospital, following a sudden illness.
