The Sabine Index - Mrs. Mattie E. Edwards

  17 Nov 1961 - Last rites for Mrs. Mattie E. Edwards, age 22, who
died in an automobile accident in California were conducted at
Mt. Carmel Baptist church at 2 p.m. Nov. 10, with Rev. W. M.
Greer officiating.

  Pallbearers were: Rev. Wright, Elton Smith, Ora Mothershed,
Billy Ray Skinner, Billy Strickland and Milton Weldon.

  Survivors are: Elois Edwards, of Azusa, Calif., sons, Patrick
Edwards, Danny Ray Edwards and Jonny Jean Lowe, daughter Cathy
Lynn Edwards, Father: Thomas J. Skinner and step-mother Mrs.
Thomas J. Skinner, brother, Thomas Herbert Skinner of Wichita
Falls, grandmother, Mrs. J. H. Skinner of Florien.
