Dorothea Howard Edwards

  Dorothea Howard Edwards, daughter of the late Henry W. and Allie
Russell Howard, born August 24, 1927, in Robeline, Sabine Parish,
passed away May 13, 1992, at her home in Fenton, La. Services
were in Welch, on May 14, 1992, with Elder Jim Freeland, Elder
Aucoin, and Elder Hanson Peterson of the Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter-Day Saints conducting. Burial took place at Iowa.

  Mrs. Edwards is survived by her husband, Shelton Howard Edwards
of Fenton; three sons, Johnny Cobert of Vidor, Texas, Elton
Edwards of Lake Charles, and Shelton Edwards of Iowa; two
daughters, Judy Clement of Jennings, and Dorothea Primeaux of
Fenton; one brother, Douglas Howard of Many; two sisters, Doris
Harvey of Leesville, and Dottie Boone of Iowa; eleven
grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

  She is also survived by her uncle and his wife, Mr. and Mrs.
Jesse Russell of Robeline; one aunt, Mrs. Beatrice Snider of Ft.
Jesup; and a number of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
