L. G. Edwards

  Luther Guy Edwards Jr., 45, of Noble, died Sunday, Nov. 12, at
an offshore drilling rig.

  Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 12, at the
Zwolle Methodist Church. Burial was in Noble Cemetery, under the
direction of Drewett Funeral Home of Mansfield.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Shirley Jeter Edwards; two
sons, Luther Guy Edwards III of Odessa, Tex., and Terry O'Leary
of Noble; his mother, Mrs. L. G. Edwards Sr. of Noble; one
brother, Winston Edwards of Independence, Mo.; one sister, Mrs.
Marilyn Cates of Ada Okla.
