John Edwards

  John Edwards, 64, of Noble, died Saturday, Dec. 10, in the P & S
Hospital in Shreveport, after a long illness.

  Funeral services were held in Noble Baptist Church, Sunday, Dec.
11, with the Rev. Duncan officiating. Burial was in the Noble
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of
Many.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. John Edwards of Noble; one son,
John Louis Edwards of Shreveport; one daughter, Mrs. John B. Lamb
of Houma; two sisters, Mrs. Joe Buckley of Natchitoches, and Mrs.
Hoyt Cassel of Noble; and two grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Marvin Buckley, Roy Buckley, James Buckley,
Mack Edwards, and Ray Pass Jr.
