Mrs. Lilla Edwards

  Funeral services for Mrs. Lilla Edwards, 81, who passed away
Tuesday, Dec. 30, at a hospital in New Orleans, were held
Thursday, Jan. 1, at the Noble Methodist Church, with the pastor,
the Rev. Wm. T. Hall Jr. officiating, assisted by the pastor of
the Oak Grove Baptist Church.

  She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. J. B. Pugh of Triumph,
and Mrs. J. E. Frazier of Aurora, Colo.; two brothers, C. G.
Wynne of Noble; and Rev. A. M. Wynne of Bernice; one sister, Mrs.
T. C. Moore of Shreveport; five grandchildren; and nine great
grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Richard Maxey, Eugene Leysath, John Frazier, J.
W. McClinton, Noble Pugh, and Glenn Wynne.

  Interment was in the Noble Cemetery, under the direction of the
Drewett Funeral Home of Mansfield.
