Grover H. Elliott 
  
  Grover Harrison Elliott, 80, of Converse, died Wednesday, Jan. 
17, in his home. 
  
  Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, Jan. 19, in the 
Converse Baptist Church. Burial was in the Converse Cemetery, 
under the direction of the Drewett Funeral Home of Mansfield. 
  
  Survivors include his widow; four daughters, Martha Elliott of 
Natchitoches, Mrs. Mary Mills of Vacaville, Calif., Mrs. Myrtle 
Ann Dethloff of Bryan, Tex. Mrs. Bertie Ruth Swearinger of 
Beaumont, Tex.; a son, William Elliott; nine grandchildren, and 
three great grandchildren; two brothers, W. E. Elliott of 
DeQueen, Ark., and John Elliott of Kermit, Tex.; five sisters, 
Mrs. Mable Bessler, and Mrs. Bessie Moore, both of Denver, Colo., 
Mrs. Ernest Williams, and Mrs. Salley Hall, both of Okalhoma 
City, Okla., and Mrs. Lydia Williams of Mena, Ark.
