The services were held at 4:00 p.m., at the Noble Methodist Church, Noble, La., with the Rev. Frank Leysath, and Rev. Vernon Fairley officiating. Burial was in the Noble Cemetery, with Warren Funeral Home in charge. Survivors include his wife; six sons, Oliver of Many, Harry of Dry Creek, Louisiana, Bill of Lake Charles, La., Leland of Noble, Cleve of Long Beach, Calif., and Edward of DeRidder; two stepsons, L. O., and Mitt Lynch of Long Beach, Calif.; one daughter, Mrs. J. F. Wilson of Shreveport; two step daughters, Miss Laura Lynch of Leesville, and Mrs. Bill Henderson of Gilliam; one sister, Mrs. Elvie Sumnery of Leesville; 23 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Bob Shaver, John Wilson, George Elliott, Paul Wilson, Ronald Elliott, and James Elliott.
