Christine Emmons

  Funeral services for Christine Emmons, 79, of Leesville, were
held Saturday, Nov. 16, 1996, at 2:30 p.m., in the
Beauregard-Vernon Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating was Rev. M. C.
Green. Interment was at the Leesville Cemetery, under the
direction of Beauregard-Vernon Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Emmons passed away Thursday, Nov. 14, at Byrd Regional
Hospital in Leesville. She had lived in Leesville for the last 55
years. She was a native of Sabine Parish, and was a homemaker.

  Mrs. Emmons is survived by her husband, Alton LeRoy Emmons of
Leesville; one daughter, Charlotte E. Smith of Slidell; two
sisters, Muriel Boger of Leesville, and Marie Bridges of Zwolle.
