Pete R. Emanus

  Pete R. Emanus, 87, of Zwolle, died Saturday, July 29, in the
Zwolle Hospital, after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were conducted Monday, July 31, at the St.
Joseph Catholic Church of Zwolle, with the Very Rev. Msgr. Robert
C. Friend officiating. Burial was in the St. Joseph Cemetery,
under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Survivors include his wife, Jettie Emanus of Zwolle; seven sons,
Walter Emanus of Livingston, La., Rupert Emanus, and Eddie
Emanus, Memphis, Tenn., Ray Emanus, and Harold Emanus, both of
Houston, Tex.; four daughters, Ima Staut of Spring Valley, New
York, Mrs. Faye Durado of Suffern, N. Y., Mrs. Maybelle Hunter of
Atwood, Tenn., and Jo Ann Ebarb of Ebarb; 42 grandchildren; 18
great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

  Pallbearers were Homer Martinez, Lee Garcie, David Garcie, Roger
Loupe, Fred Rivers, and W. J. Emanus Sr.
