Kenneth Delwin Early

  Funeral services for Kenneth Delwin Early, 54, of Marthaville,
were held Saturday, Jan. 4, 1997, at 2 p.m., at Union Baptist
Church in Belmont. Officiating was Rev. Johnny Garrett, and Rev.
Pat Cobb. Interment was at Springridge Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Early died Thursday, Jan. 2, at Schumpert Medical Center in
Shreveport.

  He is survived by one daughter, Donna Gingles of Stonewall; one
son, Kenneth S. Early of Marthaville; mother, Sylvia Early, also
of Marthaville; two sisters, Avelene Walker of Marthaville, and
Remona Rambin of Mansfield; one brother, Lathan Early of
Woodville, Texas; five grandchildren; a host of nieces and
nephews.

  Pallbearers were Mark Wilczewski, Randy Early, Miles, Pet
Wilczewski, Danny Haire, and Rodney Dowden.
