  Billy G. Erwin - October 4, 1973

  Billy George Erwin, 44, of Hornbeck died Thursday, Sept. 27, in
the Veterans Administration Hospital in Shreveport.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Hixson
Funeral Home chapel in Leesville with the Rev. Walter Lord
officiating. Burial was in the Mitchell Cemetery.

  Survivors include five sons, Richard Erwin of Wilmington, N. C.,
William W. Erwin of the U. S. Army in Belgium, Billy Erwin,
Jefferson Erwin and Kenneth Erwin, all of Hornbeck; three
daughters, Brenda Erwin, Katherine Erwin and Pauline Erwin, all
of Hornbeck; four brothers, Winston A. Erwin and Johnnie M.
Erwin, both of Hornbeck, William C. Erwin of Shreveport and
Ronald C. Erwin of Leesville; a sister Mrs. Frances E. Martell of
Leesville; parents, Mr. And Mrs. Ike J. Erwin of Hornbeck.
