Errington, an aged citizen of Louisiana, died at Peason on Monday, Feb. 27, at the age of seventy-five. He was born February 7, in 1852, Jackson 1852 in Jackson Parish. When he was seven years old his parents moved to Natchitoches Parish. In 1872, he married Miss Sarah McClausand. They spent the early part of their married life on a farm near Natchitoches. With the coming of the sawmills he moved to Sabine parish, where he spent the remainder of his life. He was a member of the Peason Baptist Church. After living an upright and religious life, he was stricken with gangrene. He suffered thousands of deaths. At 3:10 on Monday morning, he ceased breathing and his soul went out to meet God prepared. He is survived by a widow, Mrs. J. N. Errington, two daughters, Mrs. H. C. Lauren, and Mrs. A. T. Salter, both of Peason, a son, G. C. Errington of Many, a sister, Mrs. G. W. Bailes of Natchitoches and a brother F. Errington of Pineland, Texas.
