Interment was in Reagan Cemetery, with the Rev. Marvin Reiger, and the Rev. S. B. Boyette officiating. A native of Franklin Parish, she was born Aug. 1, 1909. She was a housewife. She died on April 21, 1987, following a lengthy illness. Survivors include five sons, Frelson Fife, Monroe, Fred Fife, Huey Fife, and Bill fife, all of Many, and Charles Fife of Folkston, Ga.; three daughters, Janice Fife, Baskin, Glenda Rogers, Many, and Yvonne Rice, Los Angeles, Calif.; one sister, Letha Bymer, Slidell; 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Travis Stephenson, Travis Emfinger, Johnny Lebeaux, Eddie Quimby, Jessie Toney, Griff Toney, and Eddie Fife.
