Interment followed at Macedonia Cemetery. Officiating was Rev. Mikeil Wiley. Gustavia Grace Fobbs was born on December 15, 1901, to Lou and Emmitt Grace Sr. in Clara, Louisiana. She united with the Macedonia Methodist Church at an early age, where she was a faithful member. Gustavia was married to Nathan Fobbs on September 1929, and to this union five children were born. Gustavia Grace Fobbs was preceded in death by three children. She is survived by two daughters, Grace Bee Poullard of Houston, Texas, Leverisa Edwards of Negreet, Louisiana; one step daughter, Hessie B. White of Florien, Louisiana; two brothers, John Grace of Many, Louisiana, Emmitt Grace of Florien, Louisiana; 61 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, relatives, and friends. Active pallbearers were Donell Edwards, John Poullard, Floyd Poullard, Nathan Poullard Jr., Sherman Grace, Lionell Grace.
